Exercises for Slimming the Waist

Lying on the Side

Lie on the ground on your right side, interlock your hands behind your neck, then lift the abdomen and chest towards the ceiling while keeping the hips and feet grounded. Repeat the exercise ten times, then lie on your left side and repeat in the same manner.

Standing Forward Bend

Stand and bend forward at the waist, extending your arms to the sides like wings, moving to the right and left more than twenty times, ensuring your feet remain stable throughout.

Leg Exercise

Sit on the ground with your legs side by side, then move them once to the right, once to the center, and once to the left. Repeat the exercise more than ten times daily.

Shoulder Lift

Lie on your back straight, then lift your legs and hips fully towards your head. Repeat the exercise ten times initially, increasing the count daily to achieve the desired results.

Chair Exercise

Sit on a chair with your back straight, raising your legs upwards more than thirty times a day.

Squats

This exercise involves keeping your feet on a flat surface, straightening your back, and bending your hips down multiple times. It is one of the most followed exercises by women since it reduces waist size and increases hip size.

Advice for Slimming the Waist

Avoid consuming fatty foods as much as possible, and eat foods high in fiber like vegetables and fruits, as they are crucial for the body. Stay away from carbonated drinks, which are the main cause of increased fat around the waist. Drink plenty of water, exceeding two liters daily. Consider wearing waist trainers or corsets.
