Mix the four ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is formed; it is preferable to warm the clarified butter to facilitate mixing and application. Apply the mixture to the thighs and leave it for two hours. Repeat daily until the desired result is achieved, and the recipe can be used more than once a day.

Fenugreek and Yeast Method

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of raw fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4 cup of instant yeast

Preparation and Use

Add 1 cup of water to the fenugreek and boil on the stove until it becomes somewhat soft. Strain the fenugreek and grind it. Once the fenugreek water is lukewarm, add the yeast and ground fenugreek. Mix the ingredients well. Apply the mixture to the thighs and leave it for five hours; therefore, it is recommended to use this recipe at night before going to sleep and leave it until morning.

Oil Blend Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of fenugreek oil
  • 1/4 cup of rosemary oil
  • 1/4 cup of black seed oil

Preparation and Use

Mix the three oils and place them in an airtight container. Apply the mixture to the thighs and leave it for six hours. Repeat the process daily.

Yeast, Milk, and Honey

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of instant yeast
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation and Use

Mix the yeast, powdered milk, and baking powder until the ingredients are homogeneous. Add the honey to the mixture and stir well. Apply the mixture to the thighs and leave it for three hours.

Exercise for Thigh Augmentation

Apart from natural recipes and mixtures, thighs can also be augmented by performing exercises that strengthen the thigh muscles, such as climbing stairs, cycling, and other exercises. The advantage of this method is that it leads to toned and fuller thighs and it does not take long to perform the exercises; just 15 to 20 minutes daily is enough.
