What is Physical Fitness?

It is challenging to find a single definition for the concept of physical fitness that resonates with all enthusiasts and specialists. However, it can be summarized as the ability of an individual to perform daily activities efficiently while maintaining a high level of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This enables individuals to effectively cope with life’s pressures in emergencies. With advancements in science, the concept of physical fitness has evolved to rely on measuring an individual’s muscular strength and the efficiency of their heart and lungs.
