Natural Remedies
Garlic and Lemon:
Combine thirty cloves of garlic, four sliced lemons, and six large cups of water in a pot over low heat. Allow it to boil, then remove from heat and let cool. Add a quarter cup of chopped parsley, let it steep for three hours, strain, and drink one cup three times a day before meals. Store the remaining mixture in the fridge.
Mint and Kiwi:
Combine half a bunch of fresh mint, one sliced lemon, two pears, and one kiwi with three cups of water in a pot over low heat. Boil for five minutes, strain, blend the kiwi and pears, then mix with mint. Drink one cup of this mixture twice a day in the morning and evening, and avoid drinking it within six hours before bedtime to prevent insomnia.
Green Tea and Lemon:
Combine one tablespoon of green tea and three slices of fresh lemon with one cup of water in a pot over low heat. Boil, strain, and drink twice a day in the morning and evening.
Rosemary and Ginger:
Combine one teaspoon each of chamomile, rosemary, sage, and ginger with a quarter cup of fresh lemon juice in a pot over low heat. Boil for five minutes, then drink three times a day before meals.
Exercises
First Exercise:
Get into a hands-and-knees position, looking straight between your hands. Keep your shoulders straight, and gradually lift one knee while extending the foot straight. Repeat this exercise several times a day.
Second Exercise:
Stand upright, extend your arms to shoulder level, and create a 90-degree angle with your knees. Gradually move your knees slightly to the right, then to the left, returning to the center before standing straight again. Repeat this exercise multiple times daily.
