The following natural remedies can help eliminate body sagging:

Starch and Alum

Mix one tablespoon of cornstarch, one tablespoon of alum powder, one tablespoon of olive oil, and one teaspoon of water in a bowl. Massage the mixture into the skin for twenty minutes or until it dries completely. This can be used daily for optimal results.

Cabbage

Boil cabbage leaves in hot water, then remove from heat and apply to the abdomen, wrapping it securely in a medical gauze for a full day.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil

Combine a quarter cup of olive oil, a quarter cup of ginger oil, a quarter cup of mint oil, and a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Apply the mixture to sagging areas and leave it on for twenty minutes.

Lemon

Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of alum powder, one tablespoon of moisturizing cream, one tablespoon of olive oil, and one tablespoon of rose water to form a creamy mixture. Apply to sagging areas.

Almond Oil

Combine two tablespoons of almond oil and two tablespoons of mustard oil in a bowl, then massage the mixture into the sagging areas.

Fennel

Dissolve one teaspoon of powdered fennel in a cup of warm water and consume it daily in the morning on an empty stomach.

Coffee

Mix two tablespoons of ground coffee with a quarter cup of pure olive oil until well combined. Apply to the sagging areas for twenty minutes, then cover with a plastic wrap for at least two hours and wash with water. For best results, repeat three times a week.

Tips to Reduce Body Sagging

To help reduce sagging, it is recommended to:

  • Massage the skin with castor oil mixed with lemon juice twice a day.
  • Continue using natural mixtures for skin tightening and avoid industrial creams.
  • Drink plenty of water, preferably eight cups daily.
  • Increase protein intake, as it contains high levels of collagen.
  • Consume more natural fruits and vegetables.
  • Exercise regularly, especially weight training.
  • Avoid rapid weight loss.
  • Massage the body with seawater thoroughly.
